And you have...

• Worked and have a understanding of fancy next generation concepts like Cloud computing, IT as a service, Virtualization, Fault Tolerance architecture, automatic fail over, MPLS, VoIP, telephony, hosted infrastructure and hosted internet application as service
• Capability to manage Level 3 infrastructure incident, problem resolution, and administration
• Played on varying server platform – hardware and OS (UNIX, Windows, IBM)
• Ability to talk on high-availability, directory authentication and remote access as if they are just regular terms of English dictionary
• Done firefighting and made sure that you storage is properly backed up and recovered
• Architected systems and produced BCP and DR compliant end-to-end solutions from requirement gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and running operations
• Strong project and service delivery experience using structured project management and service delivery methodologies
• Managed data center operations & can uptake new initiatives around optimally using the IT infra resources
• Understanding of the capacity management and IT needs of the organization
• A certification of ITIL v3 to vouch for your caliber

• Have a reputed certification on virtualization technologies and PMP
